At AquaFlower, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, provided the product has not been damaged by the user. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.

Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

The limited warranty set forth below is provided by Aqua Flower with respect to the Aqua Flower product purchased and used in the United States of America.

Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, if the Aqua Flower is found to be defective, Aqua Flower will repair or replace the device, at its sole option, at no charge.
  • Replacement Coverage: If your device is repaired or replaced during the warranty period, it will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

Warranty Conditions

  • This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.
  • It does not apply to cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or third-party applications (e.g., malware).
  • Proof of purchase must accompany the device for the warranty to be valid.
  • This warranty does not provide protection for data loss or damages caused by external factors.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties. Aqua Flower is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
